THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA CANA 20 – 22 APRIL 2018
It is Friday and we are already in a weekend vibe. Officially it is just a few hours before you can dive into the two final days of the week. And of course, we got the nicest activities and parties for you in Punta Cana! Enjoy live hip hop, get barred, have a family day between horses and go out for classic dining. Yes, there are lot of nice things to do in Punta Cana this weekend.
Hip Hop hurray at Balicana
We know lounge, house and techno music are a big thing here, but sometimes it is nice to get a little break from it all and enjoy some good 90s hip hop music from artists like Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg. At Balicana you can do just that. Band Everything is Everything will be performing all your favorite tunes from Wu tang Clan to Cypress Hill live. The show starts at 8 PM. Balicana is located on the end of the Calle Marcio Veloz Maggiolo in Bavaro at the beach.
Classical dining at Isabella
When you are more in a classical mood tonight. Dining at Isabella in the Blue Mall is the option for you. At 8 PM a violin player will stimulate your taste buds even more. Party hard with DJ Matador at Kviar Show & Disco
If you are into house, then Kviar Show & Disco with DJ Matador behind the turntables is more your style. This Dj, will have you housing in Cabeza de Toro till the sun comes up. Expect a very hyped party vibe. Doors open at 10:30 PM.
Barre work out with Ananda Yoga
Do you want to take your stretching skills to a whole another level after partying the night before? Try the barre work out at Ananda Yoga in Punta Cana Village on Saturday morning at 10:15. A workout with ballet techniques in combination with Yoga and Pilates. You will be using a real ballet barre. Men, don’t be shy. You are also welcome!
Equestrian Cup at Los Establos
On Saturday and Sunday the first Equestrian Cup in Los Establos (the stables) in Cap Cana will be held. See the riders compete against each other and support them while they participate in this event. You can go there with your whole family. Enjoy the premises, because Los Establos has beautiful surroundings.
Family day
While you are in Los Establos on Sunday and you have kids, pass by the family day of the Cap Cana Heritage school. From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The theme is Wild Wild West. Expect music, food and inflatables.
Get your underwater nursery certificate
If you love diving and you are in Punta Cana and want to help the environment you can also get in contact with Danijela from Blue Vision adventures. You can get your certificate for aiding and helping in building underwater nurseries so the coral reef stays protected. Also one of the nice things to do in Punta Cana on the weekend.
